What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review resumes for qualified candidates, pre-screen, interview, and make offers
- Learn and follow basic employment laws and practices
- Assist candidate through the entire application procedure to ensure completion of documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to talk on the phone for extended periods of time
- 1 year of Recruiting experience in a high volume environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Preferred computer skills: Microsoft Office, ICIMS, Indeed
- Strong work ethic and passionate about helping others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
