What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a track record of meeting performance goals
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create innovative recruiting approaches and strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in technical recruitment
- Familiarity with sourcing passive candidates through networking and social media
