      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement proactive strategic recruitment plans and goals for key positions
      - Source, screen, and conduct preliminary interviews for identified roles
      - Track applications and resumes, distributing them to relevant programs
      - Partner with managers and administrators on strategic recruitment planning and salary assessments
      - Provide recruitment-related training to managers and administrative staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field and two (2) years of recruitment experience, or six (6) years of progressive recruitment experience
      - Must be able to read, write, and speak English
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
      - Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creative sourcing and recruiting strategies for diverse candidates
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals
      - Experience in recruitment training or facilitation
      - Familiarity with behavioral health services and related recruitment challenges
