What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from prospecting to onboarding
- Utilize creative sourcing methods, including social media and internal databases, to attract candidates
- Recruit for challenging positions and establish a trusted partnership with hiring managers
- Qualify candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews
- Document recruiting activities efficiently in the Applicant Tracking System and identify areas for improvement in recruiting strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers at all levels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
