Ethos Early Learning Center is a high-quality childcare program in South Boston, MA, dedicated to providing a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 0-5. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Contract Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional early childhood educators.
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our ongoing hiring needs for teachers and staff. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong network in the early childhood education field, who understands EEC certification requirements, and who thrives in a results-driven, commission-based role.
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for teaching positions (Lead Teachers, Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Substitute Teachers)
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in early childhood education
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with the Ethos team
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring experience
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for recruiting educators
Ensure candidates meet Massachusetts EEC licensing and certification requirements
Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in early childhood education or a related field
Strong knowledge of teacher qualification requirements
Established network of early childhood professionals is highly desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively
Compensation

Commission-based: You will earn a commission for each successfully hired candidate. Details to be discussed based on experience and placement success.
