Job Description
Qualified candidates shall be responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease agreements and other contracts to extract critical data related to insurance requirements and support operational and business decision-making. This role involves meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in interpreting documents with a knowledge and understanding of insurance coverage types, limits, and insurance terminology; with the ability to communicate findings effectively. Offered salary is $25 per hour.

Responsibilities- Review lease agreements, amendments, and related contracts to identify key terms, clauses, and provisions- Extract and summarize essential data such as insurance coverage types required, coverage limits, insurance endorsement provisions and other critical insurance related information- Accurately clarify/define extracted data into matching current company criteria interpretations for correct client set up of verifications- Communicate with clients or internal team members to clarify document ambiguities or missing information- Identify and relay gaps in product availability vs. lease/contract requirements to the proper team in a timely manner- Provide periodic updates on project progress and findings- Assist in ongoing development and implementation best practices for lease extraction and contract review processes- Assist in training and mentoring team members on contract review standards
