What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing to offer while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience
- Lead hiring processes and manage interview calibration and decision-making debriefs
- Engage passive candidates and build strong relationships across the organization
- Ensure data integrity and reporting for recruitment roles in the ATS

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience managing the entire candidate life cycle
- Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing talent across Engineering and Product business units
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in creating DEI sourcing strategies and building diverse teams
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment resources
