What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/AML tasks for the Contract Services Program, including reviewing fraudulent activity cases and filing Suspicious Activity Reports
- Perform due diligence related to BSA for relationships and ACH Merchants, researching merchants to identify concerns and risks
- Prepare reports for monthly Board Meetings updating Board Members on filed Suspicious Activity Reports
- Process subpoenas received by the bank related to Contract Service BSA items
- Collaborate closely with the BSA compliance department to ensure regulatory compliance programs are effectively maintained

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in BSA Compliance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BSA Officer Certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
