What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain a central repository of contracts and related documents, tracking key milestones

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Familiarity with contract compliance and industry standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess risks and propose mitigation strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager - CPCM)
- Experience in a clinical services organization or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in contract management
- Previous experience in training staff on contract-related matters
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
