What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technology solutions portfolio group on behalf of the Contracts department
- Manage and track contracts from cradle to grave including drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts
- Drive combination/integration workplans specific to the technology solutions portfolio group
- Ensure all contracts abide by local, state, and federal laws
- Assist sales operations with interpretation of contractual requirements in RFPs and bid responses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctorate
- Three (3) or more years of legal experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with SaaS contracting
- Knowledge of accounting/finance principles
- Strong legal research, reading, and writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with systems such as Salesforce and Conga
