What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide award and administration support for contract actions, including compliance issues and change orders
- Assist the Contracting Officer with strategic requirements review and acquisition strategy development
- Review requirements documents for adequacy and sufficiency, making recommendations to the Contracting Officer
- Prepare solicitations, acquisition plans, and other necessary documentation in compliance with regulations
- Respond to program office staff and DOL officials promptly, including urgent matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with 24 semester hours in business-related coursework from an accredited institution
- Experience in Contracting by Negotiations and Proper Acquisition Planning
- Knowledge in Conducting Market Research and Price, Cost, and Cost Realism Analysis
- Experience in Service Contracting, including Procuring and Evaluating
- Ability to draft Performance Work Statements
