What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with technical experts and USCG contracting personnel to draft procurement packages for supplies and services
- Prepare contract support documentation, including letters and price determinations for approval
- Manage complex problems ensuring compliance with Federal, DHS, and Coast Guard acquisition regulations
- Draft solicitations such as RFQs and RFPs for commercial and non-commercial supplies and services
- Perform post-award acquisition duties including managing performance and closing out orders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Federal Government Acquisition
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Experience with Federal Government Acquisition systems and the Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access
