What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, examine, and monitor contractual agreements for supplies, equipment, and purchased services
- Manage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and local contracts and price files in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Monitor internal contract performance and contribute input to supplier performance management strategies
- Conduct price comparisons and review contract implications for new product requests
- Communicate effectively with content management, sourcing operations, and contract managers to ensure timely actions on contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of recent relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills that are clear, concise, and actionable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Visio
- Ability to run analytical reports using Lawson and Cognos software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related contract management role
- Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend actionable solutions
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
