      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft complex agreements between the Authority and entities whose facilities conflict with the planned High-Speed Rail System's alignment
      - Support the negotiation of complex agreements directly with stakeholders
      - Assist in the development of policies and procedures for Third Party Agreements
      - Lead meetings, give key stakeholder presentations, and maintain detailed records
      - Collaboratively engage with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Accredited four (4) year degree in business, law, or a global equivalent in applicable field of study
      - Juris Doctor (JD) is required
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of work-related experience
      - At least 2+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiations
      - Detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of project management experience
      - Knowledge of the California High-Speed Rail Authority Right-of-Way Manual and related guidelines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
      - Strong communication and negotiating skills, both written and oral
      - Excellent coordination skills within a strong matrix organization
