What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct contract reviews for compliance and privacy risks across all employer entities
- Document the status of contracts in the compliance office contract tracking system
- Develop and distribute weekly summaries of contracts reviewed and approved
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the contract management system
- Collaborate with compliance and privacy officers to enhance contract templates and training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of three years’ experience reviewing contracts for regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of key healthcare compliance and privacy regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Degree concentration in legal studies
- Experience and knowledge of healthcare systems
