Job Description

- Provide drug screen collections
- Travel to the patient's home to perform a urine, hair, and/or saliva specimen collection as requested by the DFCS Case Manager
- Other duties may be assigned

- High School diploma or GED required plus 1 year Human Services experience
- Entry Level position
- Must be available on Weekend days as needed
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be 18 years or older
- iPhone or Android smartphone
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Clean background & drug screen
- Must travel to Collection sites to complete specimen collection
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other contractors
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally and ethically with clients, co-workers and community partners
- Mileage reimbursement for client appointments
- The ability to create your own flexible schedule
- The ability to work remotely when completing admin-related tasks
