What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and verify commercial contracts and associated paperwork to create complete contract packages
- Maintain and retrieve contract documents as required
- Check submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and company policy
- Apply knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Work under immediate supervision and typically report to a supervisor or manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Clerk III: 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial contracts
- Clerk IV: 8-13 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial contracts
- Clerk V: 13+ years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial contracts
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within the federal government or IT systems integrator environment
- Familiarity with public trust clearance processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
