      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate contracts and contract terms in coordination with business development staff and program managers
      - Monitor performance of contract scope and identify any out-of-scope activity
      - Review, negotiate, and process contract modifications and subcontract actions
      - Assist with contract audits as needed
      - Maintain contracts file and FAR clause library

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or law degree
      - Experience or training in contract law
      - Business Acumen
      - Effective Communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or JD
      - CFCM
      - Federal contracting experience
