What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, negotiate, and edit agreements from term sheets to execution while balancing risk mitigation with organizational objectives
- Manage communication channels and facilitate smooth information flow within the department
- Prepare and analyze spreadsheets and generate reports on contract activity
- Participate in the negotiation and preparation of agreements, amendments, and progress reports
- Contribute to special projects as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of contract negotiation experience
- Deep understanding of standard contract provisions, contract law, and enforceability
- Excellent negotiation, language drafting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Background in biology or experience within a life sciences organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
