What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, review, and maintain records of all client and business contracts
- Develop contract proposals to facilitate client negotiations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of client contracts, including obtaining necessary signatures
- Communicate contract details and draft correspondence for executive approval
- Coordinate billing information with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Associate degree plus 2 years of related experience in contract administration or a related field
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Professional, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Notary Public certification is a plus
- Experience in a corporate legal environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across different departments
- Familiarity with contract negotiation processes
