What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, negotiate, review, and maintain system-wide contracts within assigned areas
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance meets commitments and standards
- Act as the contracting/analytical lead for supply chain project teams to promote standardization and cost reduction
- Participate in multidisciplinary process improvement teams as a contracting expert
- Maintain accurate contract information in contract management systems and tracking tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant contracting work experience or paralegal experience in supply chain or purchasing
- Knowledge of services used in area of specialty, specifically in healthcare or related fields
- Valid driver's license and relevant computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field with continuing education credits in materials management/supply chain or healthcare
- 8 years of progressive contracting work experience or paralegal experience in another healthcare provider
- Post-Bachelorette Certificate in Paralegal Studies
