What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the sales team through the review, redline, and implementation of customer contracts
- Process contract activations and executions in Salesforce, managing customer pricing in Salesforce and Oracle
- Ensure timely research and resolution of pricing inquiries from internal and external customers
- Maintain understanding of contract requirements to ensure compliance with obligations
- Identify and present continuous improvement opportunities related to contract processes using analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience supporting contract review operations
- Bachelor’s degree; J.D. degree is a plus but not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience redlining and negotiating contracts
- Understanding of terms and conditions common in sales agreements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Agile
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
