What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with students in asynchronous learning activities, including discussion boards, review of multimedia student presentations, and written assignments
- Grade assignments and provide individualized feedback to students
- Answer student questions and provide support outside of the course
- Deliver synchronous course sessions during the quarter if required
- Teach intensives and colloquia at doctoral Residencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possess a Doctoral level Psychologist license
- Earned doctorate in the field of study or closely related field
- Significant record of intellectual and professional contributions to the field of Psychology, including experience in the practice of Professional Psychology
- Three to five years of teaching experience at the degree level of the program preferred
- Two years or more of online or technology-enabled instruction experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years or more of student research mentoring experience
- Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments
- Experience with a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions
- Commitment to advocating for the learning and development needs of adult students in a distance learning environment
- Willingness to travel to provide face-to-face instruction
