What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Deliver expert troubleshooting assistance to enhance customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field providing customer service support
- Experience with Dematic Walmart installs
- Willingness to work night shifts and provide on-call coverage
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms and electrical troubleshooting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Siemens and Modicon PLC platforms
- Strong customer service mentality and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal communication skills over the phone
- Previous experience in a team environment
