      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support semi-complex production systems that integrate hardware and software
      - Provide troubleshooting expertise and assistance in material specification and schematic troubleshooting

      - Travel to various customer locations for support, with potential weekend and overtime work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Proven experience in customer service support, emphasizing customer satisfaction
      - Willingness to work nights and provide on-call coverage
      - Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms
      - Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Dematic installations
      - Familiarity with Siemens and Modicon PLCs
      - Background in electrical troubleshooting
      - Strong customer service mentality and problem-solving skills
      - Previous experience in a technical support role
