What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of Controls Engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or Automation Engineering preferred
- Familiarity with PLC/CNC, VFD, Servo, Profinet, ABB, and FANUC Robots
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and evaluate for process improvements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
- Knowledge of simulation modeling and visual factory management
- Experience with conveyor system programming and overhead Gantry
