What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking
- Develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan using qualitative and quantitative data
- Build and execute A/B or multivariate tests based on optimization strategy
- Collaborate with internal design and development teams to recommend changes based on winning test results
- Monitor industry trends and contribute to the development of the CRO team's processes and strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
- Experience using major web content management systems, including WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to type 50+ wpm
- Demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn new technologies
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues at all levels
