What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop necessary skills for a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Focus on key business areas such as clinical management, regulatory functions, and community partnerships
- Collaborate closely with a Chief Executive Officer during the training period
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager in a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Willingness to relocate as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for profit" behavioral health environments
- Previous leadership experience in an inpatient acute behavioral health setting
