What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills necessary for a future CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Build community partnerships with providers and enhance behavioral health programming
- Focus on key business areas, including clinical management, regulatory functions, finance, and marketing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager in a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Willingness to relocate as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for profit" operations within the healthcare sector
- Previous work in an inpatient acute behavioral health setting
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or administrative role
