What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills necessary for advancement to a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and direct, hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied scope of responsibilities based on individual education, experience, and skills
- Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
- Gain expertise in clinical departmental management, finance, marketing, and regulatory functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager in a relevant behavioral health setting
- Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Must be willing to relocate as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for profit" behavioral health management
- Previous leadership experience in an inpatient acute behavioral health setting
