What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to acquire necessary skills for advancement into a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Assume varied responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Collaborate with a Chief Executive Officer to manage key business functions
- Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager in a relevant setting
- Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Strong understanding of operations, financial management, and marketing methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a for-profit behavioral health environment
- Demonstrated departmental leadership experience in a clinical or administrative role
