      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      - Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager in a behavioral health setting
      - Knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
      - Familiarity with state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements
      - Willingness to relocate as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong experience in for-profit behavioral health settings
      - Prior departmental leadership experience in a clinical or administrative role
