What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills necessary for advancing to a CEO position

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager within a relevant behavioral health environment
- Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management
- Must be willing and open to relocation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong "for profit" experience preferred
- Experience within an inpatient acute behavioral health setting
