What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to acquire the necessary skills to advance into a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and direct, hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
- Focus on key areas such as clinical management, nursing, regulatory functions, finance, and marketing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager within a behavioral health treatment environment
- Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management
- Must be willing and open to relocation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong "for profit" experience preferred
- Previous experience in an inpatient acute behavioral health setting
