What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to assimilate skills necessary for CEO advancement
- Engage in hands-on learning experiences through a structured curriculum
- Manage a varied scope of responsibilities based on education and experience
- Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
- Develop expertise in clinical departmental management, nursing, regulatory functions, finance, and marketing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager within a relevant behavioral health setting
- Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Understanding of operations and financial management and marketing methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in for-profit behavioral health environments
- Willingness to relocate as needed for program assignments
- Previous departmental leadership experience in a clinical or administrative role
