JOB SUMMARY: The essential job function is to be able to properly cook a variety of foods, set forth Caesars standards. Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service and food while processing orders quickly, timely and efficiently following and adhering to the Health Department guidelines.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Prepare and cooks food according to Pin up Pizza prep, menu and recipe standards. Maintain awareness of all menu items. Check orders for accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, and work areas at all times. These standards are set forth by the SNHD, Harrah’s Laughlin and SNHD. Foster a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines, follow all guidelines set forth Caesars Entertainment. Complete any other tasks assigned from time to time by the Management team of Harrah’s Laughlin. Must be able to understand and respond to written recipes and directions in English; work a minimum of 8 hours with appropriate mobility and endurance; work flexible time periods as required. The ability to use and recognize kitchen equipment; use knives, other hand-held instruments and other food preparation equipment; must be able to toss pizza pies, show sense of urgency to serve customers properly; work unsupervised; assist other cooks in a team environment; portion, prepare and present all recipes and plate presentations built in the standard SOP binder.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years’ experience, Health Card

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 75 lbs. Push and pull up to 200 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Maneuver in confined spaces. Tolerate high noise areas. Able to work in a dusty environment. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Understand, read, write and speak English.
