What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
- Connect with consumers over the phone to provide crisis intervention and support
- Build rapport and engage clients in a compassionate manner
- Assess risk and document interactions
- Provide resources, information, coping strategies, and safety plans
- Perform emergency interventions as necessary
- Remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, PhD, M.A., or M.S.)
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Reside in Tennessee and hold one of the following licenses: LPC, LPC/MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LAPSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

- Experience in crisis intervention or behavioral healthcare services
