      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to teachers serving students in Extended Content classrooms through observations, model-teaching, and hands-on involvement
      - Consult with teachers and students on program setup and inclusive practices
      - Compile data, write reports, and make recommendations based on student observational data
      - Collaborate in developing IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs; assist in implementing goals and strategies
      - Provide CPI training to teachers and staff in regional program classrooms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in special education or a directly related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience in special education or a related field
      - Knowledge of state and federal regulations and school laws related to special education services
      - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written forms
      - Must hold or be eligible for a North Carolina Professional Educator's License in an Exceptional Children's teaching area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in special education or a directly related field
      - Previous certification or eligibility for certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
