Job Description
- Req#: 32217
- To contribute towards the effective functioning and governance of the Retail Collections and Recoveries department through:
- Taking ownership for coordinating administrative processes for the Retail Collections and Recoveries team.
- Aligning Collections and Recoveries actions originating from various committees to ensure effective co-ordination between the Retail Credit Department and Business Support Centre.
- Coordinating the delivery of people related objectives within the Collections and Recoveries department.
- 4+ years office and administrative experience within a similar environment, including software and system exposure
- Previous experience in project coordination.
- Experience with working on office systems (SAP / Jira / etc.)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Banking or Finance

Purpose Statement
Experience
Minimum:
2 - 4 years office and administrative experience within a similar environment, including software and system exposure.
Experience working in a Credit environment.
Experience in providing customer/client relationship services.

- Coordination and administration practices and tools.
- Office and administration systems and procedures.
- MS Office products e.g.: Word, Excel etc.
- Credit life cycle
- Credit products

- Relevant legislation and regulatory requirements Statutory Reporting principles
- SAP knowledge would be beneficial.
