      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Field Marketing Opt-In Program hotels in the Americas by executing digital marketing programs
      - Manage hotel websites, landing pages, mobile presence, and third-party business and paid media listings
      - Share local marketing and brand best practices with hotels to drive positive business results
      - Serve as a liaison for properties regarding corporate marketing tools, programs, campaigns, and brand standards
      - Compile reports for key stakeholders, including KPIs, comparative scorecards, and future recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, or E-Commerce
      - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and creative with exceptional prioritization and organizational skills
      - Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and impact all levels of the organization
      - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google My Business, and Tableau

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior hospitality marketing and/or digital agency experience
      - Passion for technology and digital media, including experience with evolving best practices
      - Participation in DE&I activities and events
      - On-property hotel experience
