Job Description

- Implement the communications plan including emailing of marketing (MR, digitization, benefit changes). servicing (i.e. NOV, fee changes).
- App Experiences: content creation and upload.
- Social Media content posting.
- Support with other projects related to digitization, product or capabilities.
- Management and control of IMH for internal approvals of our creatives. This includes creative review, feedback, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with key business partners across the marketing team and within the ICS organisation and with other key stakeholders such as compliance, OE, GCO, to deliver success against joint objectives.
- Support in delivering integration across scalable multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Adaptation of content for advertising campaigns, translation of documents and follow up of the campaigns.
- Degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, advertising, communication, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, spanning multiple layers of a sophisticated matrix organization.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketer to learn and help deliver the ICS marketing plan in Spain. The successful candidate will be part of the product and marketing team supporting on delivering activities for the marketing plan, including the execution of the communication plan and support with other projects related to changes on the benefits of the products or digital capabilities uplifts. This will be a band 25 secondment position for a duration of 12 months. This role will report directly into the B35 ICS Marketing Manager responsible for the project.
