What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule interpreting services to build long-term connections with staff, contractors, and community partners
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
- Manage communications via phone, email, and text to ensure quality service delivery
- Assess information and assign qualified interpreters for each request
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or 3 years of administrative, customer success, or project management experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proficiency in computer and technology skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with business software tools and efficient data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
