What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and support regulatory projects for Central Specialty pharmacy in alignment with business objectives
- Communicate promptly and professionally with stores, leadership, and internal departments regarding program inquiries
- Analyze and report data to support project decision-making and measure success
- Organize project meetings and prepare presentations for key stakeholders
- Identify improvements for the development and operation of new products and services based on market feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree OR a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience in the Retail and/or Healthcare industry
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Proven time management skills to prioritize and track multiple projects
- Experience in customer service with a focus on quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MS Access
- Familiarity with MS Power Platforms
- Background in a retail or pharmacy environment
- Experience using Business Objects for data reporting
- Ability to travel up to 10% for business purposes
