What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support multiple Operations Managers on up to 50 different program itineraries
- Liaise with the Customer Service team to address participants’ program questions and special requests
- Ensure program materials are completed accurately and on time, following all procedures
- Arrange and confirm logistics for programs, including hotel accommodations and field trips
- Review and reconcile financial details and invoices for vendors and program expenses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proactive and motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
