What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support multiple Operations Managers on up to 50 different program itineraries
- Liaise with Customer Service team to address participant questions and special requests
- Ensure program materials are completed accurately and on time
- Arrange and confirm program logistics such as hotel nights, transfers, and meals
- Analyze enrollments and space allotments on programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Pro-active and results-oriented individual
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
