Overview OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. Qualifications We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents: Bachelor’s degree – Marketing Degree, Business Degree desired Online marketing experience desired, paid social and search engine marketing a strong plus Required competency in the following areas: Basic understanding of online marketing including SEM, SEO, display and paid social Demonstrated strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task. Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity Analytical mindset. Strong problem-solving skills that balance quantitative and qualitative thinking Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong organizational skills Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment Proven team player Excel and Word familiarity required; PowerPoint familiarity a plus Responsibilities The Coordinator, Paid Search and Social Media is an individual contributor responsible for assisting the Search and Social Specialists with tactical work required to manage a given business segment. This is the entry level paid search and social position; therefore, it is primarily internal, not client facing. Core accountability includes tactical aspects of campaign planning and management, trafficking, daily optimization, building reports and responding to ad hoc requests from team leadership. Search and Social Coordinators will participate in search and social planning and strategy sessions in order to prepare them for advancement to the Paid Search and Social Specialist role. Responsibilities include: Paid Search Perform day-to-day campaign activities for paid search (PPC) campaigns on Google/Bing/YouTube and become seasoned in search management platforms: Google AdWords, Bing Ads Editor and DoubleClick Search Manage campaign activity, traffic ads, and monitor performance on a daily basis Implement optimizations and analysis of campaigns Create Reporting and Ad Hoc Data Pulls Manage billing and Insertion Orders for all search campaigns Contribute to search strategy and overall plan Pull Competitive Analysis and Insights Paid Social Utilize social management tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat) to set up ads and targeting for execution Pull audience reports and analyze and report findings to Social Media team Assist in the creation of weekly and one-off reporting Work with Social Specialists to ensure proper execution of all Social Media campaigns Compile and file campaign screenshots QA the data for campaign reports Send, Request and file all insertion orders for a campaign and work with billing coordinator to ensure accuracy Manage the input of campaign accounting information into established systems This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. Compensation Range: $34,000 - $60,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
