What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as part of the Clinical Team for Person Centered Services
- Provide case review or audit of individuals with significant behavioral issues
- Review Behavior Service Plans and offer relevant input
- Design, implement, and present trainings as needed
- Analyze data and trends to inform service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, mental health, and social determinants of health
- Familiarity with OPWDD services and regulations
- Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner
