What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of Procore's business model and system
- Work in a fast-paced contact center environment, adhering to assigned schedules
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate client cases and solve complex customer problems
- Provide best-in-class customer experience through telephone, web inquiries, chat, and email
- Demonstrate attention to detail and manage administrative aspects of the job
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ months of related experience in customer support or similar roles
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Curiosity and persistence in troubleshooting customer inquiries
- Quick learner and adaptable to change
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Solution-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently while being a supportive team player
