- Serve as a creative copywriter for ALSAC campaigns and projects, including marketing collateral, advertising, presentations, and publications.
- Manage complex projects and sophisticated messaging requirements.
- Collaborate with team members in the development of concepts, creative strategy, and copy for creative campaigns, event materials, and other creative resources.
- Work closely with creative leads and production team to ensure overall consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of materials.
- Mentor interns and junior members of the team, providing constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on initiatives that drive brand awareness and bring in more than $500 million in revenue.
- Serve as a key contributor to organization-wide initiatives such as brand development and stewardship, campaign development/management, case studies, and other projects.
- Proactively evaluate the effectiveness of projects and processes, routinely providing recommendations for improvement to management.
- Proven ability to develop compelling and effective writing that meets assigned objectives while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thorough knowledge of creative writing and/or communications/marketing.
- Ability to speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations.
- Thorough knowledge of English spelling, grammar, and usage.
- Ability to understand complex verbal or written instructions.
- Excellent typing skills, writing, and editing skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and others as assigned.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Skilled in presentation software including Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
- Competent in the use of the Mac operating system.
- Communicates professionally, clearly, and effectively both in writing and in person.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; able to manage conflict in a calm and professional manner.
- Highly organized; able to perform job in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Maintains a sense of urgency and accountability in response to assignments.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Communications, English, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.

Job Description
As a Senior Creative Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in communicating our story through the development of highly conceptual creative solutions. You will be instrumental in supporting organization-wide initiatives across multiple platforms.
Develop compelling and effective creative writing that achieves the objectives outlined in creative briefs and project meetings. Serve as a lead creative copywriter for the ALSAC creative services group. Serve as a subject matter expert in creative copywriting. Take complex and detailed information and transform it into creative ideas while maintaining brand and messaging standards. Work with the Communications and Brand teams to ensure copy is in alignment with the key messages of the organization.
