What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
- Own customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing
- Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
- Champion and embody the employer's cultural principles as the company scales globally
- Manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate complex pricing arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts, specifically with $100k+ ARR transactions
- Experience handling enterprise deal sizes and managing C-Level relationships
- Willingness and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
